Delivery Information:
We carry a large inventory of popular flags, windsocks and accessories. We strive to keep our stock status on the site current. In stock items usually ship within 48 hours. We will not process for payment until your order is ready to ship. Back orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to fill. In case of a backorder, we will endeavor to contact you with an eta and assist in modifying, holding, or cancelling your order. If you are ordering for a certain event date (birthday, holiday, etc.) please let us know your requirements so we can meet your deadline. Hint: Our selection is usually at its best 4 weeks prior to a significant holiday or event. Custom orders require a deposit of 50% down at time of order with the remainder due upon shipment.
Shipping:
We ship most orders using Canada Post Express Post tm or UPS ground. Faster delivery is available, call or email your requirements. Flags make great gifts!! We can ship to an alternate address at your request. Typical shipping costs are as follows:
Flags: In Ontario: First flag $6.00 plus $1.00 for each additional flag.
Other Provinces: First Flag $7.00 plus $1.00 for each additional flag.

Poles and Stands: (2 pc pole or 3 pc stand)
Ontario & Quebec: 10.00 (includes up to 3 flags)
Other Provinces: 13.00 (includes up to 3 flags)

Satisfaction or Returns and Exchanges: We want you to enjoy your flags and accessories from Grand Flags. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not Satisfied or wish to return a product please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund and provide a return authorization number. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid return authorization number. Shipping costs are not refundable.
